The right of withdrawal is valid no later than 10 days from receipt of merchandise and we do not accept used or tested products.
The right of withdrawal is applied only if the product does not reflect the description on the website and the product must be returned including the original packaging.
You may return any unused merchandise in its original conditions within 10 business days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Return policy applies to every person who is a final consumer, customer who buy products outside their business. Return policy does not applies to Professional Consumers, customers who buys products for their business. The Buyer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase of products built to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier, unless the Supplier agrees to pay them. Return Policy applies to any unused merchandise in its original conditions. Return Policy does not apply to used or unsealed products (for example you can't try a muffler on your bike) and custom made products. To return first contact us by e-mail. Moto-Sound will refund within 30 business days the date of arrival to our warehouse the whole amount of the products except shipping costs and any import or export custom duties. If the purchase is part of a promotion where one or more items are given away as part of the primary products or sold at a special price, return items should be the whole promotion items; if the promotion purchase is composed by some products (for example a pair of db killers), return items should be the whole promotion items as well. We will not accept returns not authorized or at consignee's expense. Moto-Sound reserves the right to withhold up to 20% of the value of the product in case of return in order to cover the costs of management and production (art. 59, lettera c) del Codice del consumo.
All products purchased through our site are covered by the warranty offered by the manufacturer.
All parts subject to wear (see exhausts rock wool sound insulation) are excluded from the warranty.
Defective products will be immediately replaced with new products.
All this of course completely free of charge.
The guarantee does not apply to damages or modifications made by the customers.
