Metal Industria Val Vibrata, known simply as MIVV, was founded in 1970 in the city of Teramo, Abruzzo, Italy. During the first two decades, the company focused on the production of exhausts for cars and OEM vehicles, but starting in 1990 it began producing exhausts for motorbikes.
MIVV exhausts are the result of years of research and development, which have led to the use of innovative materials and the creation of an appealing design that greatly enhances the image of the motorbike. Not only aesthetics, however: MIVV exhausts also guarantee better performance and a unique and unmistakable sound.
MIVV's research and development department uses state-of-the-art instrumentation, including a semi-anechoic room to measure noise in controlled environments, and different types of engine test benches, to assess the performance of MIVV exhausts, the level of decibels emitted, and the operating temperatures.
All this to guarantee the most demanding motorcyclists top quality sports exhausts, made from titanium, stainless steel and carbon alloys.
Thanks to the commitment and expertise acquired thanks to the collaboration with world class pilots, such as the 2007 MotoGP world championship winner Nicky Hayden and the pilot Dani Pedrosa, MIVV is proud of the results obtained in the Moto2 and Moto3 categories.
