Exhaust Yamaha YZF R1 2007/2008 Akrapovic

Akrapovic Yamaha YZF R1
S-Y10SO8-HDTC

Motorcycle Sport Exhaust Slip-On Akrapovic.

Fitting Kit included in the price. No modifications required.

European and Swiss approval with code and certificate (CEE).

Removable db killer\s included. Remove it to increase the sound of the sport exhaust system. If the system is CEE approved and you remove the db killer\s, the product became Racing and not for road use.

Akrapovic SLIP-ON represents an initial move in the direction of tuning and is intended for drivers, which do not desire fundamental changes in the area of the exhaust system. The advantages can be illustrated in comparison with a serial exhaust system, since the increase of power and torque based on smaller modifications on the exhaust system relatively large.

Despite the initial level of tuning, the system can substantially upgrade the serial release of power from the generator. At 12500 rpm, we measured 167 HP at the back wheel. The systems do not differ much in terms of torque either. the upgrade of a serial torque is nicely evident particularly between 3200 rpm and 5000 rpm, in which range the motor gains the most. You will also save 1.39 kg compared to stock R1 exhaust system.

Akrapovic was established in 1991 and quickly made a name for itself in the racing world, winning its first Superbike SBK race in 1997. The company underwent renovations and expansions in 1999 to enhance its production capabilities and offer premium quality sports exhausts. By 2000, it claimed the title of SBK World Champion and entered the MotoGP circuit in 2002.
