thank you for your question. We do not have specific power or torque measurements comparing the different models.
For the KTM EXC 200 2012-2016 there is this Scalvini Racing expansion chamber, which can be combined with a Scalvini Racing performance silencer or fitted with the original silencer. It is a racing product, not homologated.
